Terms and risk disclosure.
Accounting rules, risk and platform limits.
1. What the platform currently does
Velora AI records bot lease subscriptions and associated wallet accounting. Bot names and artwork identify commercial tiers, not independently proven trading algorithms.
2. Financial risk and configured figures
All listed lease credits, referral percentages and rank rewards are configured schedule figures. They are not audited results, an offer of regulated financial advice, or a guarantee of future performance. Trading and investment may result in a total loss of capital. Do not participate using essential living expenses or borrowed money.
3. Lease accounting
At purchase, the cost, monthly credit amount, duration and dates are copied into the lease record. Top-up funds and returned capital are held in the available wallet. Credits are held in the profits wallet, which can be reinvested after available funds are used. Bonus funds cannot be used for purchases or transfers.
Credit accrual starts after each complete 24-hour period from activation. A monthly amount uses a 30-day accounting basis. Fractional cents are carried forward with cumulative integer accounting. Terms use UTC timestamps and calendar-month maturity dates. The maturity schedule returns the original recorded capital to available funds once; it is an accounting schedule, not insurance against insolvency or trading loss.
4. Deposits and transfers
New top-ups use USDT through NOWPayments. If that provider is switched off, the operator may enable a manually reviewed Ethereum/ERC20 receiving address. USD invoices use nominal 1 USD = 1 USDT accounting parity, not a live market quote; USDT's market value can differ. NOWPayments credits only after verified completion; manual ERC20 credits require an administrator to check the transaction. Never send funds to an address from an unofficial message. Member transfers move only available funds and cannot be reversed through the member interface.
5. Payouts
Payout requests can use the profits or bonuses wallet. The requested amount is reserved immediately. Requests are subject to manual review and any legal checks. An approval records an externally completed payment; it does not broadcast a blockchain transaction. Rejection refunds the reserved amount to the same wallet. Network fees, conversion rates and settlement deadlines must be disclosed by the operator before production launch. No automatic payment promise is made.
6. Referral programme and ranks
Referral relationships are assigned at registration and extend up to ten levels. Team earnings are paid on downline daily earnings at L1 20%, L2 15%, L3 10%, L4 8%, L5 6%, L6 5%, L7 4%, L8 3%, L9 2%, L10 1%. Deposit bonuses pay 10%, 5% and 3% of approved deposits at levels 1 to 3. Team earnings are a percentage of your downline's daily earnings, not of lease purchase price. Both team earnings and deposit bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet. Registration and transfers earn nothing. Rank volume is cumulative downline lease capital across ten levels. A qualified direct leader has active personal lease capital of at least $250.00. Each rank requires both its team volume and direct-leader threshold; a reward is credited once only to bonuses. These schedules depend on member activity and are not guaranteed income.
7. Account security and privacy
Keep passwords and OTPs confidential. Reset codes expire after 15 minutes and allow at most five verification attempts. The service stores account, referral, transaction and support records. It does not require wallet seed phrases or private keys. The operator must publish retention, data rights and privacy contact details before launch.
8. Live operations
Live financial operations depend on the operator having reviewed funding obligations, legal requirements, security and operational procedures. Do not commit funds if these are unclear.
9. Contact and disputes
Use the contact page for questions. Do not commit funds if the operator’s legal identity, permissions, dispute process or payment policies are unclear.
